You can always rely on the kindness of strangers so the simpsons say, and Id like to say thanks to the guy who saved me from a panic attack when I was visiting my nan in hospital, and bought me a coffee.
On the way back from visiting her, having said indefinitley goodbye, good old cliff richard was playing on the radio and in my dazed state I just heard the line 'time to rejoice in the good that we see' So from now on I shall make every day about that.
